Send Your Prayers to Ma’arat HaMachpela

Ma’arat HaMachpela Administration (official statement):
In light of the guidelines from The Ministry of Health and Security Authorities, Ma’arat Hamachpela has been completely CLOSED until further notice per the Israel Police (Hebron Station). The Rochelle Berkowitz Plaza and 7th Step will be open a few times a day for prayer (in groups up to 10 people/separated by 2-meter social distancing) BUT ONLY TO HEBRON RESIDENTS.

 

The Hebron Jewish community has approached the tremendous responsibility of maintaining the stream of prayers from around the world flowing through Hebron with a sense of determination and commitment. If you are unable to say kaddish prayers for the Yahrtzeit memorial for a loved one or know someone in need of special prayers for any reason, send your prayer to Hebron.
